Description

In the packaging process, some foods, such as red meat, poultry, pork, fish or some fruits, generate excess of liquids that remain in the trays and affect the state of conservation of the food.

Super absorbent TAS quality features

For meat, fish or other packaging processes that require high absorption capacities, we recommend to use our TAS Superabsor, although we are manufacturing from 800 cc / m2 absorbency, the most used are those of 5,000 cc / m2 , 7,500 cc / m2 and / or 12,000 cc / m2 absorption capacity.

TAS Superabsorber is made with a cellulose base with SAF fibers (super absorbent fibers) and laminated on top with a PE film. It can also be laminated on two sides.

Health benefits:

Contamination by the growth of bacteria and microbes is avoided. The absorbent pads of DPL Industrias absorb the excess of liquids that the food generates and, in this way, the possibility of contamination by bacteria or microbes during the packing time is drastically reduced.

Better presentation:

Absorbent pads enhance the image of the product. Liquid in contact with food deteriorates its condition, giving it an unwanted appearance. It also does not enhance the image of the product if the liquid appears in the tray.

Formats

We adjust the size and absorption to the aesthetic and functional needs of the product to be packaged. It is served in cut-to-size formats or in rolls for automatic production lines and for tray manufacturers.
